Two New Buildings Near Completion!
As we approach the middle of the year, Justin Town Square is abuzz with activity and anticipation. The construction of two new buildings is progressing rapidly, and we’re thrilled to announce that tenants will begin finishing out their spaces next month! Stay tuned!
Second Building – Going up!
Progress at Justin Town Square continues as the second building in the projects is launched out of the ground. The first phase of buildings are anticipated for delivery at the end of 2024.
Going Vertical!
January 22 framing began on the first phase of construction! Things are getting real and moving along quickly. There is still time to get your business into the center on the ground floor, but don’t wait... Delivery is estimated for Summer.

My wife and I moved to Northlake, Texas in the Harvest development in March of 2016. At that time, the land Northlake Commons sits on was cow pasture with pond. There weren’t many residences built up in Harvest yet. When we learned that Northlake Commons was coming, my wife and I thought it might be a great chance for us to open a nail salon. We saw it as a chance for our business to grow along with this new, burgeoning community. We rushed to make the phone call to OES the same day the very first sign went up.
We had never built a business from the ground up before. We had a lot of anxiety and so many questions. It can be so intimidating when you have an idea about what you want to accomplish and build, but you don’t know where to start or how to close the vast space between your dream, and making the dream come true. OES was the partner we needed to get us there.
OES was there for us every step of the way from site planning, helping us determine the right size for our space, helping us learn, and guiding us through permitting, architecture, and marketing. The partnership doesn’t end there. OES is there when you need them anytime you have a question or an issue. The relationship we’ve forged with OES has led us to expand our business with them. As they expand to new locations, you’ll be invited to explore those locations to expand your business as well. We are opening two additional locations at OES developments this year.
What started out as just a couple of people with a dream and a whole lot of uncertainty, has grown into an expanding, thriving business that we never would have thought possible and our relationship with OES has been invaluable in helping us make it happen. OES isn’t just the entity that constructs a building and gives you a lease, they are people who get to know you, your business and endeavor to help you succeed.
